We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name and email address, provided when you sign up or sign in (including via Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication).
• Usage & content: the questions, watchlists, screeners, strategies and preferences you create in the product.
• Device & log data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps, collected automatically for security and analytics.
• Cookies & similar technologies: used to keep you signed in and to understand product usage.

• To provide, operate, secure and improve the GAIIN product.
• To process your requests through our AI agents and return research, screens and backtests.
• To personalise your experience (watchlists, saved work, risk preferences).
• To communicate with you about your account, updates and support.
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

GAIIN uses large-language-model services, including Google’s Gemini models via Google Cloud, to process your questions and generate research. Your inputs are sent to these services only to deliver the feature you requested. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your personal content to train third-party foundation models beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

We share information only with service providers who help us run GAIIN, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms:

• Google Firebase: authentication and hosting.
• Google Cloud / Gemini: AI processing and infrastructure.
• Market-data and analytics providers.
• Legal, regulatory or law-enforcement bodies where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for any additional period required to meet legal, accounting or security obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege infrastructure to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect functionality.

GAIIN is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where it is transferred, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection.
