By creating an account or using GAIIN, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use GAIIN. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.

GAIIN is an analytical and educational research platform for Indian markets. It helps you screen stocks, research fundamentals and technicals, backtest strategies and monitor your watchlist.

GAIIN does not provide investment advice, buy / sell recommendations or personalised financial advice, and is not a substitute for a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Outputs are informational, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are a starting point for your own research, not a final decision. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent access controls or rate limits.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service or its data without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

The GAIIN platform, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own inputs and third-party market data), is owned by GAIIN and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the questions, watchlists, strategies and other inputs you provide. You grant us a licence to process them solely to operate and improve the service.

GAIIN relies on third-party market data and infrastructure providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data, and your use of any third-party service is subject to its own terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any analysis, backtest or output will be accurate or profitable. Past performance and backtested results are not indicative of future returns. Markets carry risk, including loss of principal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAIIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or trading losses, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold GAIIN harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using GAIIN and request account deletion at any time.

We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
